The TMSP will respond promptly and truthfully to all questions posed to them by any Contributor. The TMSP will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the contributions and the delivery of the Perks. The TMSP is not responsible for collecting and remitting any taxes on the contributions, or any taxes due in connection with gifts.
Eligibility to Use the Services
Contributors under 18 years of age are not eligible to donate without consent. Contributors between the ages of 13 and 17 can donate with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old, provided such parent or legal guardian also agrees to be bound by the Terms and agrees to be responsible.

All contributions are made voluntarily and at the sole discretion and risk of the Contributor. The TMSP guarantees that contributions will be used as promised, that they will deliver Perks, and that the Campaign will strive to achieve its goals. The TMSP is solely responsible for determining how to treat the donations. If a donation is returned to a Contributor, the associated Perks, if any, shall be canceled.
